BioRePeelCl₃® is a professional skin-resurfacing treatment designed to improve skin quality, texture and radiance while addressing concerns such as congestion, blemish-prone skin, pigmentation and visible signs of ageing.
At Derma Aesthetics Clinic in Brentwood, BioRePeel treatments are personalised according to your skin condition, sensitivity and treatment goals.

BioRePeelCl₃® is a biphasic professional peeling treatment developed in Italy by CMed Aesthetics.
The FND formulation used for the face, neck and décolleté contains 35% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) together with a combination of alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acids, polyhydroxy acids, amino acids, vitamins and other skin-supporting ingredients.
The treatment combines controlled exfoliation with hydrating and revitalising actions, helping to improve the appearance and feel of the skin without relying on heavy mechanical exfoliation.
BioRePeel may be considered for a range of skin concerns including:
If acne or acne scarring is your main concern, you can also read about our acne and acne scarring treatments. For pigmentation concerns, see our guide to hyperpigmentation, melasma and rosacea.
BioRePeelCl₃® FND is formulated for treatment of the:
The treatment can therefore be useful where changes in skin quality extend beyond the face and into areas such as the neck and upper chest.
The images below show examples of skin concerns treated with BioRePeel. Individual results vary, and the treatment programme recommended will depend on your skin.

Your appointment begins with an assessment of your skin, medical history, current skincare routine and the concerns you would like to address.
We will discuss whether BioRePeel is appropriate for your skin or whether another treatment may be better suited to your goals.
The skin is thoroughly cleansed and prepared before the BioRePeel solution is applied to the treatment area.
The product is left on the skin for a controlled period according to the treatment protocol and your skin’s response before being removed and appropriate finishing products are applied.
You may experience temporary redness, sensitivity, dryness or light flaking after treatment. The degree of visible peeling varies between individuals.
You will be given appropriate aftercare advice, including the use of suitable skincare and daily sun protection.
The manufacturer describes a typical professional protocol of treatments approximately 7–10 days apart, with the number of sessions determined by professional assessment and treatment goals.
At Derma Aesthetics Clinic, your treatment schedule will be personalised according to your skin and the concerns being addressed rather than automatically prescribing the same course for everyone.
Some clients notice that their skin feels smoother and looks fresher following treatment, while concerns such as pigmentation, congestion or uneven texture generally require assessment over a series of appointments.
Results vary according to your starting skin condition, lifestyle, skincare routine and treatment programme.
BioRePeel is designed to provide controlled resurfacing while generally allowing a relatively quick return to normal activities.
However, individual responses vary. Temporary redness, tightness, dryness, sensitivity or light flaking may occur, so treatment should be planned appropriately around important events.
BioRePeel can be considered for adults with a variety of skin concerns, but treatment suitability depends on your individual skin condition and medical history.
Treatment may need to be postponed or avoided where the skin is actively infected, damaged or significantly irritated, and certain skincare products or medications may need to be discussed before treatment.
We will assess your suitability before proceeding.
BioRePeel and microneedling both aim to improve skin quality but work in different ways.
BioRePeel uses controlled chemical resurfacing, whereas Dermapen microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the skin to stimulate a repair response.
The most appropriate treatment depends on concerns such as acne scarring, pigmentation, fine lines, texture and your tolerance for downtime.
